     Training is an important aspect of our jobs as leaders.  The first step for any new leader is the on-line youth protection training.  Next the leader should do the Fast Start Course, also available on-line.  The Pack will conduct the New Leader Essentials and the Position specific training.  The sign of healthy leadership is 100% of the Pack with the "Trained" patch for their position.
